Welcome to Homescope
Homescope is a family-based business established in 2005 to provide flexible housing options for care leavers. Since that time, we have expanded to include a residential provision of two children’s homes in the Liverpool area for children in care up to the age of 17 years of age.
We believe in high standards and although we believe in traditional standards, we are a progressive company, who believe in varying our resources according to demand. Although we don’t currently do so; we have in the past provided Family Support Team Placements, Family Support Placements for care leavers in the community and Outreach Work to Young Care Leavers in their own property.
We have seen many changes in demand from Local authorities over the years and being aware of the financial pressures for some years now, we try to be responsive to the changes and requirements of our Local Authorities in an ever-changing environment.
We are based in St Helens and although we have provision in the Liverpool area, we are always open to developing partnerships with all Local Authorities in the North West. We constantly look for ways to be innovative and grow our business, but will retain a business that retains the local accountability that provides each and every child/young person with an individually tailored caring service, that recognises children/young people come from different backgrounds, have had different experiences and therefore have differing levels of ability.
